70035 "Rudyard Kipling" drifts down the bank from Carlisle Station on a return railtour via the Settle & Carlisle railway. Thanks for information supplied by Bill Jamieson - this is probably the South Yorkshireman No.5 Railtour booked by Jubilee 45593 "Kolhapur" throughout from Bradford - Carlisle via Shap and return by the S&C. However due to a failure at Carlisle, 70035 was substituted. My filing system and failing brain cells had this scene as Summer 1967. 30th April 1966
